The Sundance Film Fest founder has been a trustee of the Natural Resources Defense Council since the ’70s. He also launched The Redford Conservancy to help educate university students about sustainability and recently spoke about climate change at the UN.

Recently, Woodley has been raising awareness about single-use plastics. She has partnered with Parley for the Oceans and American Express, launching a campaign that cleans our beaches from ocean plastics. Not only does Woodley campaign against single-use plastics, but she educates people on self-care.

But Affleck is a lover for sustainability. In 2010, Affleck founded the Eastern Congo Initiative. This foundation creates new opportunities for the communities in Eastern Congo, working toward a sustainable future for its society.
